Our Community

A community shaped by place

The Hamlets at Duncan is an Independent Living, Assisted Living and Long-Term Care residence thoughtfully designed to reflect the natural beauty of the Cowichan Valley. Inspired by nearby Somenos Marsh, our architecture and landscaping bring a sense of the outdoors in. Each of our buildings and Hamlets is named with the support of the Cowichan First Nations, reflecting the strong cultural ties we are proud to honour.

Living well, together

Located in the heart of Duncan, our community offers studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom suites designed with comfort, safety, and independence in mind. We’re proud to support local wellness initiatives such as the Our Cowichan Community Health Network and the Cowichan Eldercare Project, because we believe senior living should be rooted in connection and care.
